Step-by-step instructions for registering via Microsoft Teams Meeting

To connect with your trainer and other participants on the day of the seminar, use Microsoft Teams Meeting.
To set this up, please follow these steps: 

Step 1

Access via the My-Mum portal 

 
 
  1. Open the “Access data” tab in the My-MuM portal.
    You will receive the link to the My-MuM portal and your login details by email when you register for your first seminar. (Subject: “Welcome to the Mensch und Maschine Academy Portal”

  2. Under “Access data,” click on “Link the meeting” to start your virtual workstation.

Step 2

Participating in the MS Teams meeting

  1. Click “Join” in MS Teams.

  2. If you do not have the Teams app installed, select “Continue in this browser.”

  3. Alternatively, you can use the Teams app or install it if necessary.

Team meeting device settings

  • Enter your name
  • Activate your microphone and camera, if desired
  • Select your microphone and camera under Devices and click on “Join now”
